How to pick a topic for your affiliate blog
Go to the eBay Pulse, and find a popular category that you’re interested in. Use the dropdown category list. When you find a topic you’re interested in, look at the numbers of completed listings, and the amounts of those completed auctions – aim to pick a category that’s lucrative.
Next, create a blog on that topic, and begin blogging.
When you’ve got around ten blog posts, start using eBay’s affiliate tools, like the Editor Kit. The Editor Kit lets you display real-time eBay listings in your blog.
Remember to keep blogging; it will take time to generate traffic to your blog, and you’ll need to be a little patient. WIthin a couple of months however, your commissions will start flowing in.
