The answer is a big YES.
I’ve lost count of the bloggers I know who’ve switched jobs, found jobs, or who’ve been tapped for promotion because of their blog.
The mainstream media is obsessed with bloggers who get fired as a result of their blog. However, if you watch the blogosphere, and ask bloggers themselves, you’ll realize that a blog is a job-hunter’s best friend.
