Built to flip: selling your blog

Because blogs are so popular, blogs change hands regularly. The Blog Herald has just been sold – again.

This isn’t surprising. As more business people discover the value of blogging, they want to buy an established blog, just as they’d prefer to buy an established business, rather than build a business from the ground up.

I know several bloggers whose aim is just that: build the traffic and rankings of their blog, and then sell it for a good price. Wash, rinse, repeat.
