It took me a while, but I’m finally coming to see the sense of the mini-blogging applications like Twitter and Tumblr.
I wrote a post on Twitter for writers on my writing blog, and the information certainly applies to bloggers too.
If you don’t have time to set up a blog, a mini-blog gives you a taste of blogging without the commitment. They’re quick to set up, and you can “blog” in just a minute or so.
The Blog Herald has posted “Is Twitter The Next SEO Haven?”, which shows that you can even use Twitter for SEO, since Twitter pages can build up PageRank.
