Blogs are online properties, so when you need a little extra cash, you can always sell them.
Selling a blog doesn’t need to be complex.

I own dozens of blogs. I tend to get ideas, and then start a blog. I look on all my blogs as an investment. The longer a blog is online, the more sales it makes, and the more traffic it gets, the more valuable it becomes.
